Ference & Associates remains fully operational in the face of Covid-19

Ference & Associates has implemented a remote working initiative, in accordance with government mandates and recommendations.  These efforts are intended to ensure the safety of our employees by minimizing the potential spread of the COVID-19 corona virus and continuity of business operations for our clients.  While we are working remotely, all Ference & Associates operations will continue to function.

For those with business before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”), the USPTO continues to operate without interruption.  Although it is not currently granting waivers or extensions of dates or requirements set by statute, the USPTO has announced it considers the effects of coronavirus to be an “extraordinary situation” and is waiving fees associated with petitions to revive in limited circumstances.  More details about the USPTO’s notices regarding COVID-19 may be found at uspto.gov/coronavirus.
