Here’s a few general steps to take and some resources if you think you’ve bought a fake.
What should I do?
- Stop using the product. There can be safety issues.
- You may be entitled to a refund if you have purchased a fake.
- Contact the seller and let them know you believe you have purchased a fake.
- Contact your credit card company and request a refund.
- Contact the brand owner and let them know you have purchased a fake.
